WELCOME

The Middletown and Pleasant Valley areas of western Maryland are home to a wealth of professional artisans working within the scenic region. Founded in the Autumn of 1981, The Valley Craft Network is an association of professional artists and craftspeople living and working here.

2024 marks our 43st year showcasing our art and fine crafts, and we invite you to view our studios in person or online, and purchase during your visit or through our websites.

Our Mission

The Valley Craft Network (VCN) was formed in 1981 to provide an alternative format for a group of professional craftspeople in the Middletown and Pleasant Valley areas to inspire and educate, as well as display and market our high quality craft items to the public.

03

Studio Tour

The weekend before Thanksgiving, our studios are open for an in-person look at our art and the special "maker's space" environment in which our works are created.

Our wares are for sale and commissions are welcome.

02

Spring Showcase

The Valley Craft Network artisans gather together to bring you our best all in one marketplace. Our wares are for sale and commissions are welcome. Studios may be open at other times throughout the year and by appointment.

04

Throughout The Year

Throughout the year we continue to be working artists. Check out our work online, make appointments to visit our studios, or come out our galleries.
